No more typing up receipts. Whether on the road or in the office – upload photos of your receipts and use Spesenfuchs’ automatic receipt recognition (OCR). This facilitates the recording and you have the possibility to view the document images at any time.
This saves time, costs and space.
The transfer to the tax advisor or to DATEV thus becomes simple. Commuting folders and searching for receipts are a thing of the past.
The document recognition recognizes all billing-relevant data, such as amount, VAT, currency and document type.
Currently, the use is inclusive for all plans (“Fair Use Policy”). This can possibly be limited in the future by introducing a maximum number of scans/month and user, or supplemented by other Spesenfuchs plans.
