Which plan is the right one?
PRO
The PRO plan from Spesenfuchs is suitable for self-employed persons or for small companies in which only one person travels on business.
Record travel expense reports for yourself. Create and download reports. Use the dashboard and the charts.
Switching from the PRO plan to the TEAM plan can be done at the click of a mouse, as can the merging of several PRO plans into one TEAM plan.
TEAM
The TEAM plan adds functions to Spesenfuchs that are useful for the management and accounting of business trips of several people.
Manage your employees in the TEAM plan, assign roles, permissions and define deputies. The travel expense reports are then recorded either by the employee or the deputy.

What happens after the test period?
The test period ends automatically. You will not incur any costs. If you want to continue using Spesenfuchs, you can choose a suitable plan.
If you do not decide on a plan at the end of the trial period, your data will be automatically deleted after 30 days, unless you delete it yourself.
How much does Spesenfuchs cost?
You can test Spesenfuchs 30 days free of charge. You can then choose a suitable plan.
A plan with annual billing is significantly cheaper than the monthly rates. You save extra and can use Spesenfuchs from the equivalent of €2.00/month.
What payment options are available?
The costs for your plan are debited monthly via credit card or SEPA direct debit. If you have opted for an annual plan, the costs are billed once a year in advance. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the next direct debit.
Are my data secure?
All your data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in a German data centre in Frankfurt am Main.

In the event of a rate agreement, no Spesenfuchs employee has access to your credit card details as we have the payments processed by an external service provider.
How can I cancel Spesenfuchs?
There is no cancellation period when using Spesenfuchs. You can cancel your plan at any time. In the case of a monthly plan, the contract can be terminated monthly, and in the case of an annual plan, the plan can be used until the end of the year booked after termination. Without cancellation, the plan is automatically renewed for the booked term.
You can terminate the contract yourself at any time in Spesenfuchs in the plan settings by clicking on the mouse and entering your password.
You can decide whether you then want to delete your access with all data immediately or whether you want to leave the data in the system for 60 days and then have it deleted automatically.
Is it possible to switch between the plans?
A change from Pro to Team is possible at any time. The changeover takes place immediately. A change from Team to Pro is not possible.
Is there a Spesenfuchs app for smartphone or tablet?
There is currently no app for smartphone or tablet. We have specially optimised the site for mobile use so that you can also use all functions on mobile devices without having to install an extra app for it. Spesenfuchs offers all the functions that are available on the desktop on mobile devices as well, without any restrictions.
